TC 10.4 is concerned with the application of standard and special refrigeration equipment to the field of ultra-low refrigeration and cryogenics (temperatures below -l00°F).

The Committee sponsors Research Projects, which are a way to further knowledge in our field.

We provide valuable assistance in the writing and revision of those chapters in the Handbook for which we are responsible (Chapters 38 through 40).

We often sponsor one or more Seminars at the Society National Meetings. This is a good opportunity to let others know what TC 10.4 is doing.

Finally, we are also involved with the writing and revision of standards.

The subcommittee meetings are where the action is, so don't miss them. They are a good way for TC members to become more closely involved with the activities of the committee.
